A 53-inch giant — the nodachi (also called odachi) was the battlefield greatsword of feudal Japan. This one is hand-forged from 1095 folded steel with a striking wood-grain hada and a real, clearly visible hamon, full-tang and battle-ready.

It's mounted in traditional black koshirae: a black iron chrysanthemum-pierced tsuba, brass habaki, white rayskin handle with gold chrysanthemum menuki, and a gloss-black lacquer saya. Its reach and mass make it a true two-handed cutter and a commanding display piece — forged in-house, sharpened and ready out of the box.
