Return Window
You can request a return within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Non-returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for: custom or engraved products, clearance items, discounted/sale items, used items, or modified/altered items.

Condition of Returns
Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.

How to Start a Return
Email support@sjsword.com with your order number within 14 days. We’ll reply with Return Authorization and packing instructions.

Do not send any item back without authorization.

Damaged / Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video so we can assist.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect the return, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank/provider.

Please allow up to 15 business days for your refund to be processed after we have received and inspected the return.
