Refund policy
14-Day Return Window
You can request a return within 14 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.
How to Start a Return
Email support@sjsword.com with your order number within 14 days. We'll reply with a Return Authorization and packing instructions. Please don't send anything back without authorization — unauthorized returns can't be processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video. We'll make it right — replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
Because each blade is made to order, returns are not accepted for:
- Custom or engraved products
- Clearance items
- Discounted / sale items
- Used items
- Modified or altered items
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to be processed once we've received and inspected the item; processing times then vary by bank or provider.
