Before We Ship: You See It First

Every order is hand-finished in our Longquan workshop, so we don't ship from a shelf. Within 1–5 business days of your order we'll email you to confirm the details, and before dispatch we send photos (and video on request) of your actual blade and its packaging for your approval. You see the exact sword you're getting — nothing leaves the forge until you're happy.

Processing Time

We process and prepare orders within 1–5 business days. Because each piece is made and quality-checked rather than pulled from stock, exact timing varies by model and by any custom requests — all of which we'll sort out with you by email. Most straightforward orders reach the customer in around 10 days from order to delivery; custom work takes longer and is agreed case by case.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

  • SF-Express (USA only): 7–12 business days. Final price — no sales tax, no additional import fees for US buyers.
  • EMS (Australia, Canada, United Kingdom): 7–12 business days.
  • UPS / FedEx (selected countries): 7–15 business days. Destinations include the UK, Germany, France, Spain, Austria, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Switzerland, Belgium, Czech Republic, Hungary, Luxembourg, Poland, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia.

These are estimates and may vary with customs procedures or unforeseen logistics delays. Delivery times exclude any customs inspection or local processing time.

Duties & Taxes

  • We do not charge VAT/GST or import duties at checkout.
  • Your local customs or carrier may collect these fees on delivery, according to your country's regulations.
  • If duties/taxes are left unpaid and the parcel is returned, shipping and return charges are not refundable.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Track your shipment at 17TRACK. If you don't receive your tracking number, email us at support@sjsword.com.
