Checked, Photographed, and Approved Before It Ships

Every sword is carefully inspected and photographed in our Longquan workshop before dispatch, and we email those photos to you so you see the exact piece you're getting. Nothing leaves the forge until it's right.

Arrived Damaged? We'll Replace It.

Shipping can occasionally be rough. If your order arrives with any transit damage or fault, email support@sjsword.com as soon as you receive it — ideally within 48 hours, with photos or video — and we'll make it right:

  • Damaged saya (scabbard) or fittings? We send a replacement.
  • An issue with the blade itself? After a quick review with you, we'll forge and ship a new one — free of charge.
